Establishment of the Trust
The Farris Heritage Trust was established by Ronald Lafe Farris to preserve family capital and provide structured support for future generations.
The Trust succeeds The Ronald Farris Revocable Trust dated February 13, 2020, from which remaining assets are intended to pass to this Trust upon the Grantor’s death.
The Trust is administered under the laws of the State of Texas by fiduciaries who are legally obligated to act in the best interests of the Trust and its beneficiaries.
Purpose of the Trust
The Trust was created to promote long-term family stability while encouraging independence, achievement, and responsible stewardship.

Trust Governance
Grantor
Ronald Lafe Farris established the Trust and defined its guiding principles, purposes, and governing structure.
Trustee
The Trustee manages Trust assets, reviews claims, maintains records, files required returns, and administers the Trust according to its governing instrument.
Trust Protector
The Protector provides independent oversight and helps ensure that administration remains faithful to the Grantor’s intent.
